Arrival and departure procedure

Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs (noon).
The resort wills its best to have room available for early arrive when notified.
Late check out or day use is available at an extra charge of 50%

 

Deposit & Cancellation policy

The cancellation notice must be notified by fax, by e-mail or written notice to Mermaid’s Beach Resort
reservation office as early as possible but in any cases not less than 7 days

• If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival:
No refund

• If cancelled more than or equal to 7 days before arrival:
Cancelled fee equivalent to 50% from the deposit, but minimum cancelled fee equivalent to the rate
for one night will be charged.

• If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival:
cancelled fee equivalent to the rate for one night will be charged.

• If no show: No refund

• In case of early check out, 30 % of all cancelled booking will be charged.

Low Seasons :

- 1 night Deposit required at time of reservation
- 1 night charge if cancelled within 7 days

High Seasons :

- 50% of the Total Revenue at time of reservation
- 1 night charge if cancelled within 14 days

Peak Season :

- 100% of the Total Revenue at time of reservation
- 3 nights charge if cancelled within 30 days
